I had recently deposited 85,000 CAD into my stake account. I made two bets for 13,000 on two esports bets and lost another 25,000 on blackjack and baccarat. When I tried to withdraw my remaining $47,000, I was hit with the fact that my account has been suspended and I am no longer able to withdraw. Why is this and how can I get my money back. I have already tried to verify kyc level 2 and even though it says my wallet is now on withdraw only mode, it still wont let me withdraw and gives me the same error as its showing in my image I attached.

Hello,

This was one of two deposits into stake one for 4700 and one for 37000. I also only had losing bets. The last time the casino contacted me they directed me to an email I’ve emailed numerous times to no response…
