Hello stake I'm facing an issue imnot able to withdraw my money or complete level 2 verification it's has been more than 10 to 15 hours and my account is also under withdraw mode I don't know why this has happened with me please resolve this it will mean a lot I have won really a good winnings on stake for my college tuition fees I hope you can help me my stake id is havishaa and this has happened today morning at 5:30 AM Indian time and the date is 16th may 2024 and the amount was ₹36,000 I hope it will help you please help me thankyou! However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I understand stake has sent me an verification level 2 link but as soon as i open the link it says "error" and its not verifying anything its like im just stuck on the site im not even able to contact live support through stake i cant do anything other than login my stake account please help me resolve this issue i have an big winning amount there and i want to withdraw that for my college tuition fees i hope you can help me with this 🙂 see the picture here filehope you’ll understand nowfile
