I accidentally sent$ 15 and my account was suspended I was told send more to reach the redemption and I’ll be able to redeem I sent $53 they initiated withdrawal and money went to $0 was told a couple days but 10 max now I’m being told that was a typo and the money is back on my account and support won’t answer simple questions

the account is suspended I accidentally sent $15 so they told me I can redeem if I send the rest never told me how long it would take and now I’m being told different things and the money is still on the account it wasn’t after it was initiated file
