Daniel from Germany played at Springbok casino. He won, but casino accused him of mixing bonus funds. Winnings were voided and deposit returned.

ich musste dann mein Konto verifizieren,
was 2 Wochen nach zusenden der geforderten Unterlagen auch funktioniert hat! Im Casino hatte ich noch immer 1500€ auszahlbares Guthaben!
Dann habe ich die Auszahlung beantragt und folgendes bekommen!

24. A promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or existing account balance. If you happen to redeem bonuses on top of an existing playable balance, any winnings will be voided and original deposit reimbursed in your account. All promotional offers are only available to those players to whom the offer was issued directly by the casino. Promotional offers by email are for the intended recipient only and cannot be transferred.
If you activate any bonus while you have a positive balance, they have the right to void your winnings.
I would like to mention another rule from the general T&Cs:
24. Only accounts from the following countries will be allowed to redeem a bonus: South Africa, Namibia, Swaziland, Lesotho and Mozambique.
