Ich habe den 850 € Bonus benutzt und über 15000 gewonnen dann ist mein Guthaben auf 1500 auszahlbares Guthaben zurück gefallen, eben so wie es in den Bonusbedingungen steht!!!

 

Im internet auf der Casinoseite stand auch das 1500€ auszahlbar war!!!!

ich musste dann mein Konto verifizieren,

was 2 Wochen nach zusenden der geforderten Unterlagen auch funktioniert hat! Im Casino hatte ich noch immer 1500€ auszahlbares Guthaben!

Dann habe ich die Auszahlung beantragt und folgendes bekommen!

Hello Daniel. 

We are very sorry that you have a bad experience in Springbok casino. I have checked the T&C’s and casino truly has this rule:

24. A promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or existing account balance. If you happen to redeem bonuses on top of an existing playable balance, any winnings will be voided and original deposit reimbursed in your account. All promotional offers are only available to those players to whom the offer was issued directly by the casino. Promotional offers by email are for the intended recipient only and cannot be transferred.

If you activate any bonus while you have a positive balance, they have the right to void your winnings.

I would like to mention another rule from the general T&Cs:

24. Only accounts from the following countries will be allowed to redeem a bonus: South Africa, Namibia, Swaziland, Lesotho and Mozambique.

The Springbok casino focuses mostly on the African market. Could you please describe your situation in more detail? Which bonus did you take and when? Did you have a positive balance when you activated the bonus?
