I made over €100,000 profit at Casino Infinity.
Unfortunately, I am not able to withdraw this large sum adequately because there is a poor VIP system with very low withdrawal limits. These limits could be increased according to §6.14 of the terms and conditions, but the casino does not do that. Now I have to withdraw €15k every month for almost 8 months.

KYC and withdrawals are delayed to the maximum because the casino hopes that the player will gamble away all his winnings again.

Limits will not be increased.

KYC is not offered immediately after opening an account and is also rejected when asked in the chat. The casino will contact you as soon as it needs documents.


Overall, we would advise against using this casino. Many mechanisms have been built in to delay payouts as long as possible. In addition, the payout limits (VIP system (what a joke)) are very low when you win big.
There are much better casinos. (Which also help you withdraw your balance faster by adjusting your limits.)

8 MONTHS to pay out the entire balance is a joke.

I have not played in a worse casino. I don't recommend it to anyone as far as you can. Most games freeze almost nothing plays. You are not going to win even 20 euros in bonus, only to pass they know how to give no.

Unfortunately, this casino has blocked my winnings of 48,000 euros for 10 days. Because I know that many of the casinos licensed in Curacao do not verify accounts from the beginning, I insisted upon it once I made an account, but from talking to them they told me that it is not necessary. They paid me 2-3 times and quite quickly. 10 days ago I won the amount of 48000 in roulette with multiplier X700. That's where my torture started. They asked for immediate verification. When I screenshotted them the screen that said I wrote them, they were uploaded successfully and you will be informed, they found everything in a little while. We agreed to send him the official rental document from the taxis net page with the logo of the Greek Republic. I downloaded it from the official page and sent it. After studying it, they told me that it was written more than six months ago and is not accepted. At first I thought they were making fun of me, but the gentlemen were serious. In other words, I should have found a home in the last trimester. Although I explained to them and mentioned that it has the mark of the Greek republic and is the most official document, still nothing. They asked for paper from the town hall now that I live at this address. I don't know what to do anymore because surely no matter what document I send them again they will find excuses. The casino cancels what was agreed.
Really desperate with this situation. I was happy that I won 48000 and in the end I won't get anything.
How many scammers are there on the internet...
I really don't want to give up because it's a big amount. In Curaçao there are no complaints authorities and no one deals with customers.

Spent a few hundred in this casino last week, and want to share my experience. Deposits took about ten minutes, that is usual for crypto. The interface was pretty good, cannot say something special, everything is easy to find. Didn't find a few games, not the biggest loss, but it is a little disadvantage. The verification was pretty solid, support helped me with it, and I passed it faster than in other casinos. I deposited after the first registration. 50 with welcome bonus. Has not been credited. When asked in live chat, the reason "I have a high bonus rate" came up. I would accept that if it wasn't my FIRST deposit. Chat was unfriendly, only copied statements and the supporter just ended the chat.
