I won $150 and have met all terms and conditions. The casino has deposits and withdrawals blocked on my account and won’t help me or explain why. I’ve reached out 3 separate times and they keep transferring me or lying to me. I want my winnings and then the account to be closed.

Hi Nick,


I spoke with the casino the day the complaint was filed and they just transferred me around after not responding for ten minutes. I think it was automatic but very frustrating nonetheless. Felt like it was going nowhere. I accumulated the funds using a free spin bonus but have met all terms of the bonus. My account has been verified for some time I believe. The casino has not said anything indicating this was an issue and I’m pretty sure I’ve withdrawn before.
