SpinUp Casino - Player breached the T&Cs and his winnings were confiscated.

I made a deposit of 20 eu and got 500 in the roulette playing without a bonus when I was withdrawn. They told me that I had breached the maximum bet rule of 30%. They removed my account balance and canceled the refund.

"Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play." 

We consider this rule to be predatory during real money play. Because of this rule and some others we gave a very bad rating to this casino. We can publish your complaint, but they won’t pay you. They believe that they can write anything in their T&Cs and players needs to follow them. My advice: You should play in a better casino. We can of course try to contact them, but I am afraid that I already know the answer. One more time, I am sorry.

Despite the fact that Christian didn't respond, we consider this complaint as justified.

This predatory "30% rule" should not be used to avoid paying the legitimate winnings.
