this are the same people operating spacewin ,royalspin and turbospin.io now they are operating under different name (voucherwave limited). they deducted 100€ from my bank acount with out md filling in my username and password and the money never arrived at casino acount.i contacted chat but they play dumb and tell me to fulfill the refistration first bug the problem is it does not work and i get an error .told them to fix it but no one answers .they should be blaklisted immidiatly.they witheld my winnings and several deposits .this are the real criminals in online casinos and destroy the reputation of good casinos .

hi petronela,long time no see.this was my first deposit to check out the casino.my deposit never reached my acount my banc tells me to go to the police so they can investigate .i contacted chat she told me that everything was fine and as soon the money will arrive they will contact me .they use direktbanking and there is stated that it will be credited instantly but nothing of that is true .lets see on monday if the money will arrive .i told the chat about my earlier experience with this casino group,she told me they are not related to spacewin .only with turbospin .

if on monday this is not solved i will send you the communication files .

thanks for picking this up again .it would be great if casino guru can check the license and owner of this casino .

by the way i am a he and not she 😂i might change who knows😂

hi Petronela,the deposit arrived after 2 days at casino acount i played it and lost .then i tried again to deposit 100€ and again i had to wait till next day to arrive at casino acount .some how my balance was added with a bonus wich i wagerd and withdraw 350€ .best part of this casino is they take the withdrawal from the balance to put it in pending mode due verification wich i find a good thing .i cant play it away .this week another casino Qbet i won 1132€ but they did not let me withdraw because my acount was not verified so i plYed it away and this casino is high rated and claim to be responsible .again it is not the license but the people operating the site are important they are or good or bad .spintornado seems to me …lets wait till they pay out .
