The player from the Netherlands is pointing out several issues with Spintornado casino, including alleged false licensing, restrictions against Dutch players, and operating under multiple brand names. The casino is not responding to her emails. Since the player did not have any balance left in her account, we rejected her complaint.

Spintornado is a fraud. Firstly they are romoting their casino at the Netherlands. And let them register and play wich is not allowed.


Second they have a Curacao liscense a GC liscense. They have their logo on their website. If you click on it you will be redirected to the GC website wich says they are licensed. Underneath it says they are prohibited to let the dutch register at their website , their responsibily.


So I emailed GC Curacao and to my suprise they told me its a fake logo fake liscense. And they will be emailed to remove their logo.


Even the adress mentioned on spintornado redirects to a imagration office in the UK. Ive notified them that they are using their adress.


When I wanted to send a complaint me and click on the website complaints email adress it redirected me to complaints@gamblii.com.


So its obvious they are operating under different brands and casino's.


They ignore all my email now so I cant so nothing about it.

But let this be a warning to others.

Weird thing is you cant find Spintornado at your review page. Only when I submit a complaint is shows as a option.


I have passed the KYC.


Ive deposited money under false circumstances and filled in a total refund of my deposits.

For the reason they lied about their liscense and they were not allowed to let dutch play.


Its a big organisation who has many casino'a and trying the same tricks. Its scary that they also all my information.


The weird thing is I won 200 euro and the withdraw worked after a few days. They deposit the money with a other company " Zeus Limited " so thats another company they use.


After I played again the RTP was dramatic. So thats another trick they use , they manipulate the slots.

Oh and another fun fact I can still login my account. And it shows my money I ever deposit ( and played) at wager.

I did never play with a bonus or what so ever. The wager amount is my money I ve deposit. Really weird.

If you send a email to complaints@spintornado.com it returns to your mailbox. Email adress does not excist. When I clicked on their complaints link on their website it redirected me to complaints@gamblii.com but they changed it now. Thats how I knew they are the same people as Gamblii casino ( Favorit united ).


And if you go to all the Favorit united casino's you can see all of the lay out is the same as spintornado.

An also those liscenses and adresses are fake.


I know this will be a long run! And I dont think I will see any of my money back because these are just fraudulent companies. But lets hope this will warn people for these brands / casino's.

Please understand that according to Terms and Conditions:

7.21. Funds need to be wagered at least once before they can be withdrawn due to AML (anti-money laundering) regulations.

Could you please confirm if you wagered your deposit at least once?

Lol I wait 6 days for this short answer!?

I proof a whole shady casino business. They lure people in to play with a fake liscense etc. Let people play wich is not allowed. We should get a total refund.

Although I know this sort of casino's you never see your money back.

Yea and if I would have balance. You wouldnt be able to help out either.


Its a Rogue casino nothing to do against it.


They have many casino's and are still live.


If they promise to have a liscense and its safe to play and you find out everything is fake. That should be reason enough to have a total refund.


If I buy a house and all I get is a piece of wood... you would also sue haha


But yea.. again this is a rogue casino who doesnt has a legal T&C at all. So nothing you can do.. they will not listen.


Well at least I exposed the entire casino for what they are. Not legal.
