I hit the mega the app went all weird then went like nothing happened and of course didn’t pay it out . Now they deny it all and basically telling me that there was never any mega hit . It’s quite frustrating to deal with them on this . What can be done ?

Do I understand it correctly that you won with the bonus spins? Did you try to contact the gaming provider with this issue? Was your balance after the issue the same as before the spin or the casino voided any money?
