Hi:I have 2748 canadian dollars on my casino account available for withdrawal.


Everytime I try to create a withdrawal via bitcoin,you get a message saying check the bitcoin address,I contacted the customer service and they mentioned that my bitcoin address is nit right(I am sure it's right 10p% since I have been using it for a while). I did however decide to use another bitcoin address to prove that the error is coming from them.the second bitcoin address didn't work as well!! When I contacted the customer service they finally said the bitcoin addresses are right but we may have technical issues and we will work on it and may take few days!! I am so frustrated beacuse they try to blame the bitcoin platform[I did try three withdrawal bitcoin addresses] and they keep saying it's from my side.i did send them all verification documents as well. I have no bonus or wagering and all the casino money is my real money with no need to wager neither play through wagering or so. I hope you will be able to solve this issue,I have all commun6with agents at casino as a proof

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

  • Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings?
  • Was your account verified successfully in the past?
