my withdrawal keeps getting canceled my first withdrawal I waited 3 days and I also got a email saying it was successful my money should appear shortly checked the next day and it was back in my spinago account I then talked to support agents they all told me to do different things. One agent told me to fill out a new form not use the saved info (witch i don’t get because it’s all the same details) so I filled a new form it got rejected pretty much straight away I keeped trying the whole day and it just keeped getting canceled every time I tryed then I get told it is due to technical difficulties check back in a day I did that and still the same I get the "we are still working on it ".It’s soo frustrating that I have no problems depositing but when I withdrawal there’s always a issue sometime I can withdrawal via my visa and other times they tell me to do bank transfer but it normally goes in faster then now this time round I just keep getting the muck around!

Yes that’s correct I have withdrawal money several times but have had this much trouble to do one transaction sometimes there’s no hassle other times there is but been resolved with in couple days but this time is just beyond a joke I have emailed what I did manage to screenshot I just want my money withdrawal that’s all..
