I have been waiting 17 days now on a withdrawl... First it was card problems then it was bank problems when I finally got an e mail they told me to wait another 5 days which I did and still nothing. They told me at the start 10 max waiting time on payout normally 3 to 5 days so I waited and then I got another email saying another 5 days so why tell lies just be honest with the customer if they are going to take 3 weeks say it don't make a fool of us going to chat trying to resolve it when really they no your not been paid

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for? Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

I got it I sent 1 more email and they paid straight away thank you for your help.. So resolved 🙂
