The player from Canada has requested a withdrawal. Unfortunately, the payment seems to be delayed. The casino representative checked that the money had been paid out to the player but we received no confirmation or any other response from the player. We were forced to reject the complaint due to the lack of communication from the player's side.

After winning $1500 and making the withdrawal that was supposed to be processed in 1 to 4 days and as of the seven today its business days it was still pending and then I just got an email saying that because of a processing issue the money has been put back in my account which is just another excuse because they keep giving me one every time I've had a withdrawal and they're 1 to 4 days usually takes a month and a half to two months and that's fighting drastically with them to get it or using you

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

No it's not pending anymore it is put back in my account and I have to ask for the withdrawal again and start the process all over again

We would like to ask the Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

When checking your account, we can see that all withdrawals have been paid to you on 27/07/2022.

We would advise you to check your bank account to see if the funds have now reached reached you as in some instances it can take more than 5-10 working days.

Unfortunately, we’re forced to reject this case because the player hasn’t responded to our messages and questions. Therefore, we’re not able to proceed with a further investigation or suggest possible solutions to the problem.
