The player struggles to withdraw his money. The casino informed us that the player was asked to make a deposit via bank card in order to be able to make a withdrawal by bank transfer, which was done, and the player was allowed to withdraw. The complaint is considered resolved.

I have not been able to start withdrawing my winnings the withdrawal process they keep telling me to use will not except my bank detail that they have verified and approved. I have tried to withdraw other ways also with no sucess at all. $120000 of the winings was a jackpot win which i read in the fine print should be a lump sum withdrawal i believe correct me if im wrong. account is fully verified help me please.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

And i spoke to the casino tonight about the trouble im having with it not accepting my bank details and also spoke to the to confirmation that my account was fully verified to make sure that wasnt the issue with the withdrawal process

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.

Also if the bank transfer is not working, I would recommend to try a different method to cash out your balance.

Every time i try to cashout a different way they cancel it and tell me to use bank transfer then when i try to use my bank details it wont except them. They dont mind taking deposits in any form of paymentfile

When I put my details in to do a bank withdrawal it comes up with true in red under the bsb and then it dosnt do anything when I press cash out

I have taken a look into the account and am able to see a successful withdrawal on the account that was completed on 10 May 2023 as well as a current pending withdrawal on the account at the moment that is being assessed.

All of a sudden thanks casino guru and spin samari yesterday i had the first withdrawal come through and and another one cancelled and i resumitted another one hopefully smoth sailing going forward. See how the next withdrawals go. Regards andrew

I have taken another look at your account and can see your most recent withdrawal has been approved and was successful as well.

I can confirm that the reason it was declined previously was due to the fact that you needed to make a withdrawal via Crypto as this was the way you had deposited. Once you had successfully made a deposit via your bank card, we were then able to approve the withdrawal via bank transfer after verification. I hope this clears up any confusion for you.

Can you please confirm your latest withdrawal was successfully processed? What is the status of the issue?

How much of the disputed amount was paid and how much remained in your casino account balance? Is the process of withdrawing continuing with no problems?
