Hello.


I had a deposit of 860 euros from Revolut MasterCard. I won back 400 euros and requested the payment. My profile is fully verified. Despite this, they claim that my card is blocked and they cannot pay my winnings. They asked me to enter another payment method. I gave another card, and sent the documents for it as well. Despite this, they keep rejecting my application. The customer service is so retarded that they didn't understand what my problem was even after an hour of chatting. He told me to pay from this card as well. I can't deposit because I spent all my money in the casino (860 eur). They refuse to pay my winnings!


I want to ask for help.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your verification/withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.

In the meantime, the problem was solved and the amount of EUR 400 was paid to my neteller account. Thank you very much for the repeated cooperation and help of Casino Guru, the complaint can be closed/deleted.
