The player from United States has been experiencing difficulties withdrawing her winnings for more than two weeks. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
According to their terms and conditions, they make BTC payout within 48 hrs or less. My payout has been authorized to send and has just been waiting. No one will send it or answer emails. Sept. 24 is when I requested payout and I am verified and I have made deposits to this casino plenty of times.
