this has been a painstaking ordeal for me, but I'm not shocked as I've dealt with the same issue at another casino. First off, the casino kept emailing me telling me to make my withdrawl because at first, I wasn't even going to because of the last experience I had. But i figured well being that they are coming to me telling me to make the withdrawl, it might be easier than i thought, boy was I wrong. First, I made the withdrawl and sent them all my ID and im familiar with what things to send and I sent what I was supposed to. 2 weeks later they kick the money back into my account and cancel the withdrawl, no email, no nothing. When i asked why they said I never sent my ID and I did. they checked and it took 3 more weeks just for themk to approve it then they made me do the withdrawl all over again so the proccess started all over, so i was right back to the end of the line which wasnt fair because I did what I was supposed to do, it wasnt my fault they overlooked the email with my ID. Anyway i submitted the withdrawl again on April 27 2023. it is almost a month later and they havent touched it, i keep asking why and they give me the same answer, that they will escalate it, does no good at all. Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi Nick. My ID was approved about a month and a half ago. To be honest, it was so long ago, I don't remember if it was a bonus or real money. I talked to them yesterday asking them about my withdrawl. Thanks for your help!
