These guys have an absolutely horrible customer rewards program and approach to attracting VIP. I was notified that VIP transfers are not assigned a personal VIP host, which is the main benefit of a VIP program. by doing the VIP transfer, the only thing i got was high level where my next milestone reward was at an insanely high wagering target which i'd have to achieve with wagering I would receive zero VIP benefits from along the way. so i deposited moderately and it turns out their weekly and monthly rakeback are extremely low. i only ever received a few cents for each. instead of instant or daily rakeback they have a daily wheel which even after a days worth of high wagering and you're advanced to the $100 wheel you only get a dollar or two reward.
i tried a few times to contact support about receiving some sort of extra bonus given what I received was laughable in comparison to other sites I play at and each time I was given the same boiler plate response. even yesterday when I had wagered close to $20 k in a day ($50 k in the previous week) without any withdraws, and received a daily spin reward of $2. at the other casinos I play at i'd receive 5 times that as instant rakeback plus hefty weekly and monthly rakeback. I asked support to look at my lifetime wagering and bonus payout and assess if they think my lifetime rewards were satisfactory, explaining that i was on the verge of closing my account and I received the same boiler plate response .
