The player's withdrawal is delayed for over 5 months. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
Not only was my original withdral made over 5 months ago(as i will show in my screenshots), but they withdrew money on july 6,2022- claimed it was sent to a "processor" on july13- and here we are a month later, posting this on august 13-obviously not compliant with they own policy. I have still not recvd money. I will however at least credit them for payments in past-this is definately my last dealing with them as payments are ridiculously slow with no valid explanation on they end.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
