They said they approved and sent my payment but ive not received any payment.

I requested the withdrawal on April 12 and they said it was sent on April 21. Yes my account has been fully verified since Apr 11 and it was a wire transfer.

Just confirming that the funds were indeed released to our 3rd party payment providers for disbursal as a wire payment on the 21st of April. As a general rule we are looking at 3-10 business days on delivery but it can indeed take a bit longer due to limitations on the part of the payment provider. It should come in fairly soon, let us know when it arrives Me-kg.
