The player from the United States attempted to verify his account for withdrawal but was told he had multiple accounts and thus could not withdraw funds. Even though this was his first time using chips, the casino falsely claimed he used multiple chips. The casino subsequently invited him to deposit money for a bonus.

Made it through the playthrough almost so I wanted to verify my account in case of a withdrawal. First representative said I had used multiple chips in a row so I couldn't withdrawal funds. This was my first chip ever used. So I messaged back shortly after and told the new representative the situation and he comes back and says I'm right this is my first chip but I have multiple accounts so I can't withdrawal funds. So admitting the first representative was lying clearly. Then says he has a great bonus for me to deposit funds. Haha like I would actually donate my money after being robbed. I wouldn't recommend anybody to deposit funds on this site or any other sister site.

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your problem. According to the casino's Terms and Conditions regarding free no-deposit bonuses:

No Deposit Bonuses (Free Chips, Free Spins)

4.Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.


Moreover, there is also a rule regarding multiple accounts:

Additional Terms Applicable to ALL Bonuses

1.Only players who have registered a Real Money Account are eligible to receive Promotions. Only one Real Money Account per player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any bonuses or winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.
