I have had several issues with this casino.. I took the no deposit bonus and won over $1,000.. When playthrough completed they dropped me down to $100.. Understandable.. The first withdrawal players are forced to withdrawal through COINDRAW only.. So having a previous dealing with COINDRAW already verified identity so just needed a small deposit for wallet comfirmation.. Made the deposit, hit my account, so a free spins bonus pops up on the middle of my screen, forcing me to accept or deny before I can access the Casino.. Im thinking ohh deposit bonus sure.. Before I play the bonus, not even one spin, I go to withdraw the $100 the max withdraw for free bonus.. Goes through with coindraw.. Pending for 7 days, then withdraw denied.. Was told I used to many bonuses before withdraw.. Hmmm really shady.. Obviously nothing I can do, I gave nothing as a player if the casino wants to screw me from withdrawing.. So end if February deposit small amount win $150.. Lets withdraw again.. Didnt use multiple bonuses, made 2 deposits.. Cool.. Submitted a withdrawal request with same bitcoin wallet I deposited with, on February 26th of $100.. Waited, waited, waited.. March 12th, Denied withdraw.. No explanation, no reasons given.. Submitted another withdrawel $100 same day March 12th.. 2 days ago spoke to Customer Service needed me to resubmit my copy of my Drivers License.. Did but took me 5 emails sent to them finally emailed me for confirmation.. Cool spoke to CS was told the withdrawal was escalated will be processed that day.. Sat morning no withdrawal processed.. Contacted CS was told they had no bitcoin address on file and I needed to provide my bitcoin address (which is the same bitcoin address I have used for 2 deposits and 2 withdraw requests I was denied) and wait another 24 hours.. Did that and contacted CS.. Didnt have an explanation now why my withdrawal is being delayed, except only thing to do was escalate to Management to be reviewed in 24 to 48 hours..


I have played a minute at or bet 1 cent since Feb 26th cause I knew if I did, they would find any excuse to deny my withdrawal..
