Therefore, her winnings were removed as non-cashable. The player disputed this, claiming she only used one free chip and that the casino's claims did not match what she had been told. We had reviewed the evidence provided by the casino and found multiple instances of consecutive free chips use. As a result, we were unable to assist the player further and the complaint was rejected.

I found Slots of Vegas through the Chipy App that helps you learn about casinos. I read everything BUT the reviews (first time 🤦🏼‍♀️)

well I get their bonus chip and start playing. I won up to $600 and already had acct verified , well it wouldn't let me cash out. So I double checked the playthrough and it said $0 and that my amount I can withdrawal was $600+ so I contacted customer service where I was rudely informed that I had to make a deposit of $30 if I wanted to withdraw my winnings, so they'd have my info. I tried to deposit that amount and it kept coming up declined error. I went back to customer service then was told I had to play my winnings down to $0 then make my deposit. I said that didn't make any sense. So I repeated "in order for me to get my withdrawal of winnings I have to play my amount down to zero which leaves me with no money and then deposit money for me to withdraw money that's not there?" They let me know that I don't get that money because it was with a free bonus chip and somewhere along the lines I had redeemed another bonus chip from another casino so that plays out my bonus and it is not mine to keep. Um No that isn't right. So I fought with them about it and basically was told deal with it and they signed off. I figured if I can't cash it out might as well play it down and delete the app. Well then I won more and was sitting at $1300. Hoping I'd catch a rep that was nice I contacted them again to be yelled at through messaging. (Them typing in all capitol letters lol) and was told basically too bad for me. So played it more and now I'm sitting at $2069.00 and now I'm mad because I want what I rightfully won. And they won't budge. How the hell do you get these idiots to pay you? I've even tried mentioning I'll get legal representation and that didn't faze them ...I don't know what to do here! To consumers who are reading this : STAY AWAY FROM THEZE FRAUDULENT JERKS

Hi sorry I just saw my email regarding this. I was moving my sister for the last 3 days and working at my job too.

They cleared my winnings now and my balance is at zero.

I used a free $50 chip they offered for new members one time only. They said two times but I didn't. Then they said I used a free chip on another casino app and that they wouldn't process it because I had too many free chips used, which I hadn't as I just learned that that's was casinos that offered that as a welcome bonus. Yes my account was 100% verified. I joined the Chipy App where they find a casino to your taste and I read what they had to offer and selected VISIT SITE, and signed up.

Last time I spoke to them was approximately 10 to 11 days ago. I then submitted my complaint to you and next day I went to see if I still had an account with them as I've been reading reviews where people say they were kicked off and their balance was gone. So I signed in again and my balance was at zero. My heart completely sank. I really could've used that money.

I had the opportunity to review the situation and the terms and conditions of the casino and the bonuses themselves state that only one free bonus is valid between cash deposit/play sessions. The maximum cashout on the bonus in play would have been $100 however since it is the 3rd consecutive free chip with no history of deposit within the casino account the funds were removed as non-cashable. Hopefully this clarifies things.


Supporting documentation has been forwarded to the casino.guru team for review.

I cashed in chips with different casinos I didn't use 3 with that one. And I was told it was 2 by them and I argued that right to them and they closed the conversation. So now they say it's 3? Interesting and that's brand new news to me. It's crazy how they can rip people off and lie to me and "show" you proof (which I asked to see the paper trail saying I cashed in a free chips with them, and they also told me the chips were $125.00 btw and they wouldn't give me the proof), but it doesn't match what they told me. I wish I would've screenshot those chats with the staff there. I guess I'm out the time and the effort I put in with playing and trying to get what I believe is still 100% owed to me. That's really crappy. Thanks for being the mediator for the situation.


I'll be giving them tons of bad social media reviews and be extremely vocal to my social platforms on how they conducted illegal business in my eyes. Hopefully save others the huge hassle that those rip off artists give the public who get excited over the winnings they played hours to accumulate... It's very disappointing
