Slots.lv Casino - Player encountered a technical glitch while playing slots.

I was playing thunder crash and I had my eject amount set at 1.25 there was an error on the screen and my bet changed to the starting bet which was 2 dollars. The ejection time stayed the same and I did not notice. I ejected at 1.25 and instead of receiving aprox 125 dollars I lost 500. I only intended to play once. So I lost 500. I played the 50 I had remaining because I tried to get the 500 that was their glitch and it lost quickly too. I spoke to a person from the casino and they denied responsibility, they said their server was fine. If it was my than my timing would have reset along with the bet.

that makes no sense. For example lets say you were playing blackjack and the game glitched and your bet was changed to the min bet when you bet 1000 dollars. You would be expecting 2500 dollars not not 12.5. Correct? In any casino in the world if I changed my bet after the cards were dealt I’d be arrested for cheating.

So to answer your question, yes, you HAVE overlooked information.

Does your game history show the amount of bet that was accepted was 1.25? Do the winnings or losses from these bets correspond to the correct amount set in the game rules?
