I’ve been waiting on this withdrawal since May 3rd when it was approved. It was supposed to have been coindraw withdrawal but the deposit department cancelled it because they said my deposit never went through, my funds were just sitting on the blockchain, but they had deposited the funds in my acct to play with, how was I supposed to know there was an issue. They weren’t going to give me ANY money then 2 days later my deposit came through and they did my payout, but had to do it manually. Now it’s been approved since May 5th and it’s just sitting out there I guess. They can’t give me any updates on it. I have about 6 payouts total I’m waiting for!!

Yes, my acct has been verified, this wasn’t my first payout with them, I believe there was a bonus involved but it was not an issue, there were more winnings to cover it. Last time I spoke with them was yesterday, it was the 7th day after it had been approved and their chat operator says after then something can be done? I kept asking what but they never said.
