Lucky Elf Casino flat‑out stole my $100 deposit. I deposited funds, their system dumped the money into the wrong wallet, and they openly admit the $100 is in their account. They’re not denying it, they’re not confused, they’re not investigating — they’re just refusing to return it or credit it to my balance.
That’s not an error. That’s not a misunderstanding. That’s theft, plain and simple.
And their customer service? Rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. The support chat acts like you’re annoying them by asking for your own money back. Zero professionalism, zero accountability, zero effort. Just attitude and stonewalling while they sit on your deposit.

Over 2 weeks ago I was playing 3 Golden Carts at 4$ a spin. 8th bonus spin froze. It remained frozen for 3 days. All other games worked. Seems like there is a pattern of difficulty to verify your account, also agree that the messages from support are not helpful. I contacted support, they told me to write a letter indicating my deposit details, after submitting screen shots, bank statement, gigadat email confirmation. The letter also was rejected, even though they asked me to write this. Talk about running around in circles. I have played at other Hollycorn casinos which were always pretty good, unfortunately, this is a bad apple...

Be extremely careful when dealing with this casino!! They are liars and will spin any story to get out of payment! Used a bonus spins and won $88 but the amount that went into the player account for wagering was $5. When support was contacted they told me it was part of the bonus t&c's. When I questioned where I could find these t&c's she sent me a pic of the bonus card and directed me to the back. I triple checked that and there is no mention of any of this anywhere. I then sent her a pic of the back of the card showing there was no mention of this. After sending this i realised they were not going to be honest and credit the amount so i went and played my $5. Once she seen that the wagering was in progress she made the excuse that as it was in progress you could no longer see the t&Cs even though that photo was sent BEFORE any wagering was started. By this time I didn't care I use the bonus on casinos to test them out before putting any of my own money in them and this casino failed miserably and i wouldnt come back here if someone payed me to. The Biggest Scam Casino Ever. I made several deposits via jeton and most recently mifinity. After I had really won a small amount, I wanted to pay it out.. No chance 😂😂 the only option for payment is jeton bank transfer etc. There is the option mifinity not to deposit only to pay out. According to money laundering, the payout must take place in the same way as the deposit...
I then simply tried jeton because I only used jeton and mifinity and therefore only verified them. The payout was canceled after 12 hours with the reason I should pay out to mifinity, bank transfer or visa. As already mentioned, there is neither Visa nor mifinity to choose from. The chat is incompetent and brings no help. Please pay me via bank transfer. Why should I do this if I've never deposited via bank transfer?

Actually a good casino, but there are things that bother me a lot. Page design and navigation is simple and clear. Support always available! Unfortunately few game providers. What bothers me a lot is the duration of the deposits. Had a few deposits and had to wait at least 2 hours for all of them to be credited to my account and max 8 hours which is just way too long. At SKRILL it shows as processed but unfortunately it only comes off hours later and that doesn't happen to me at any other casino. Transfers via SKRILL usually take less than 2 seconds. It is annoying for the player when they have to wait hours for the deposits to be credited. If it wasn't for this point, there would be more stars. Currently 3 stars. Time will tell if more stars will be added. Games selection huge! All in all great! But what really annoyed me was the 2nd deposit. Casino Guru advertises a 125% bonus, which is unfortunately not true. I was told by the casino that this is incorrect and the 2 deposit bonus is 75% not 125% and they will contact sas guru team to correct this.
