Seems like there is a pattern of difficulty to verify your account, also agree that the messages from support are not helpful. I contacted support, they told me to write a letter indicating my deposit details, after submitting screen shots, bank statement, gigadat email confirmation. The letter also was rejected, even though they asked me to write this. Talk about running around in circles. I have played at other Hollycorn casinos which were always pretty good, unfortunately, this is a bad apple...

Be extremely careful when dealing with this casino!! They are liars and will spin any story to get out of payment! Used a bonus spins and won $88 but the amount that went into the player account for wagering was $5. When support was contacted they told me it was part of the bonus t&c's. When I questioned where I could find these t&c's she sent me a pic of the bonus card and directed me to the back. I triple checked that and there is no mention of any of this anywhere. I then sent her a pic of the back of the card showing there was no mention of this. After sending this i realised they were not going to be honest and credit the amount so i went and played my $5. Once she seen that the wagering was in progress she made the excuse that as it was in progress you could no longer see the t&Cs even though that photo was sent BEFORE any wagering was started. What bothers me a lot is the duration of the deposits. Had a few deposits and had to wait at least 2 hours for all of them to be credited to my account and max 8 hours which is just way too long. At SKRILL it shows as processed but unfortunately it only comes off hours later and that doesn't happen to me at any other casino. Transfers via SKRILL usually take less than 2 seconds.
