Had a nice experience playing here. Verification took 1 hr and withdrawal came after 10 hrs. I couldn’t find Pragmatic Play, maybe due to my location. Another thing that I didn’t liked was when playing with bonus, the new games were not allowed which had same mechanics as the other ones and volatility. E.g you could play Le bandit but you couldn’t play Ze zeus.
Over 2 weeks ago I was playing 3 Golden Carts at 4$ a spin. 8th bonus spin froze. It remained frozen for 3 days. All other games worked. I showed video and photograph proof to Lucky Elf demanding verification and compensation as the game max is 250,000$. They acknowledged proof. Be extremely careful when dealing with this casino!! They are liars and will spin any story to get out of payment! Used a bonus spins and won $88 but the amount that went into the player account for wagering was $5. When support was contacted they told me it was part of the bonus t&c's. When I questioned where I could find these t&c's she sent me a pic of the bonus card and directed me to the back. I triple checked that and there is no mention of any of this anywhere.
