I have 8 pending withdrawls the longest one going back to April 22nd for $900.50

along with several others more current than that but going back several months. I’m going on almost 4 months waiting for some of my withdrawls. I dump a lot of money into this casino and I’m a VIP player. This is ridiculous. I refuse to play more until some of my withdrawls are paid to me.

Hi Nick (slots garden)

I see one check is processing for $641.00 for 4/22/21 withdrawal on 8/25.

I know policy is only one check a week up to $2,500. Since I’m so far behind in receiving my payments owed to me will the next check be started to process on Sept 1st since it’s over 4 months since I requested withdrawal? I hope I don’t need to keep going thru this trying to get payout on every check.

I'm not sure how the terms might work in this situation as you've been waiting so long for the payments. I would find it fair to receive all the payments even though the 1 payment/week term. I would like to ask Slot Garden Casino to let us know how fast the full payment will be processed.

Yes because even the one payment up to $2,500 a week rule. I should have the next payment processing already at this point in time. I don’t want to keep dragging this out. I wonder how people get paid that win large amounts of money it must take years to get full payment it seems. I’m going on 4.5 months and still have 8 payments not received.

Hey all,


Just an update, the first approved withdrawal request was released to our 3rd party for payment as a physical check on the 29th of August, as a general rule we are looking at 3-10 business days on delivery. Once the courier has the check available Kristena21 you will receive an email with the relevant tracking information.


Make sure to deposit the check physically into your bank to the confirmed bank account on file with the casino.


Unfortunately there is a $2500 per payment maximum and you have selected physical check as your payout method (which is not the most expedient method on the best of days). Until the first check has cleared another cannot be issued.


Once the check payment has cleared with your bank please let me know and we can move forward with the next payment.

Unfortunately it looks like there won't be any other way to withdraw it faster. Maybe in the future you might consider a faster payment process like bank transfer or some wallet. As it seems the withdrawals will be paid out, even if slower, is there anything else we can assist you with regarding this case?

Most of the timeframes are identical with a wire withdrawal however it does eliminate the lag time waiting for the check to clear, which can be quite some time in some cases depending on your bank. The money just simply appears in your bank account.

Hello based on what Nick said from slot Garden the time is much the same just eliminates the waiting for check to clear. In my case with my bank the check is usually cleared in 3-4 days in the past. What I don’t get is why once Slot Garden processes the check it still takes almost a month to receive when it’s sent by 2 day fedex? They process it and it still sits longer.

so to answer casino guru question : No I’m still waiting for the check that was supposedly processed on 8/25/21. Two weeks ago. So I would assume it should arrive any day now but I haven’t even received the email with fedex tracking for it like I usually do.

I really hope it will arrive in the next few days. Withdrawing the rest of the money is up to you but in my opinion the bank transfer is a safer and faster way to get the money. Checks can still get lost in process even if it's not very common but can happen while if you give all your wire transfer details correctly, it is safer to track it aswell. As I mentioned, it's up to you which method you prefer. I'll be now setting the timer back to you and please let us know if the money would arrive within the next 7 days.

Hello, It hasn’t arrived yet and going on almost a month since now the check was supposedly processed for payment. Almost 5 months since I put in for withdrawal. At this rate it honestly will take me a year to get my payments. August 25th is when the check was processed.

Just an update, the next payment has been issued to our 3rd party by the casino and should be delivered in the next 3-10 business days. Watch for the email with tracking information Kristena21 and please be sure to deposit the check directly into the approved bank account. As before once the check is delivered, deposited, and cleared with the bank we can proceed with the next payment.


There is a significant amount still to go here, however if Kristena21 would like to close the complaint and deal with us directly I can have one of my agents reach out to her to facilitate that. She could open the complaint once again should she require to do so of course. Just let me know, I'm happy to assist either way.

Who would I deal with directly because before this my emails wouldn’t even get a response and my chats I was told it’s being processed when in fact they weren’t being processed. They just sat there.

I would need a direct line of communication with one person not a chat where I get different people getting no where.
