The player from Illinois has reported a delayed Bitcoin withdrawal of 900 dollars that was supposed to be approved within 7 business days. After 9 business days, the player has not received any communication regarding the withdrawal status. Unfortunately, the player lost his winnings before we could help, therefore, we were forced to reject this complaint.

On July 31st at midnight I cashed out for 900 dollars for Bitcoin. I was told in 7 business days it would be approved. It has been 9 business days now without a single message from them regarding the withdrawal. I really liked this site but even the customer support just gives you the run around. "We will expedite the issue to the people that payout the money" but what’s the point of having a 7 business day approval if you don’t adhere to it? This casino just seems very fishy. If you want to wait 3 years to MAYBE get your money back then I’d say slots garden is your place… I will be taking my business anywhere else regardless of if I ever receive my money or not. Would not recommend this site to anyone.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

First time withdrawal on this site. I passed my verifications. All documents verified. I used a bonus and I completed the play through and they took out 100 dollars from my cashout to makeup for the bonus amount. 15 days now without any response from them.

I’ll say this - f**k this site and f**k you scam artists. No one should ever trust Slots garden or casino guru for even recommending this site. 20 days with zero response. Cancelled my withdraw and threw the money away because there’s no point. Absolute garbage website with zero help from slot "guru".

Oh yeah I still think slotsgarden is a scam. Just want to keep that out there for others to see. Waited 20 business days without a response. Threw the money away and banned myself from their scam casino.

Sadly, since you have played/lost your winnings and closed your account, I’m afraid, there is not much more we can do for you. The player is the only one responsible for their account, active balance, and all the bets taking place. I understand that this would have never happened if you could withdraw on the first attempt but at this point, we cannot ask the casino to refund your lost winnings.
