So I got an email from slots garden out of the blue saying if I sign up I will receive a $120 free chip to use on slots. After I sign up and verify my email and stuff they refuse to honor there no deposit promotion ( which is only reason I signed up.) The first agent told me I had to go to cashier and go to redeem and punch in promocode. When I went there there was no place that said redeem anywhere. I talked to second agent who told me I needed to make crypto deposit first then said I already have a bonus in progress then just kept giving me runaround but will not honor the $120 free no deposit chip. Hopefully you can help me out with this matter, if not atleast people will know that its a sleepy casino. Thanks in advance, I have never been disappointed with the results casino guru has gotten me.

On Desktop:

  1. Create your account
  2. Login
  3. Go to cashier
  4. Click Bonus tab
  5. Select your bonus and click REDEEM COUPON
  6. Deposit and enjoy

From the screenshots, it seems that customer support was unable to assist you with activating your bonus. Could you please open the Cashier section of your account once more and check if there is any "Bonus tab"? In that tab, there should be a possibility to enter the bonus code you received in your email.
