Today is the 8th October and they have taken yes it's only 50.00 but that was from August and trying to get someone to reply to me from that site is beyond a joke. They have put my bank in the red because they took this money out yet again because it would have came off in August and this is October. So my complaint is why did thus happen and why no one answer when I email them 😒

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed since August 2022? Have you been given any explanation of what caused the delay? Was your account successfully verified in the past?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but two months is an unusually long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

I played in August and that's them just taking money out and I'm a 100% sure they took monies out then as well but if not why has it taken so long taking then out now and putting me in red no live chat to ask then when u send them email it takes up to 48 for someone to answer.

We would like to ask the Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

The casino has 7 days to reply, so you could perhaps receive the second part of the payment by then. Anyway, if the casino won't reply, I am afraid there is nothing more that can be achieved.
