The player took a bonus and managed to win £6,959 with it. After he fulfilled the wagering requirements, he asked for a withdrawal. Onto the next day, he received an email that said he had broken casino's terms and conditions and they voided £4,650 off of his balance. He wasn't able to detect which rules he broke but he was able to withdraw the rest of his winning, £1,500, and the casino kept the rest of it. There is no further information available ever since.

McMaNGOS complained that he signed up through an affiliate link that would give him a bonus of 500% up to €1000. Before he made his first deposit, he waited a little bit so he used the live chat to verify that he was still able to receive the bonus. The live chat said it was all okay and bonus would be offered to him. A day after, he deposited €50 to get the bonus, but upon depositing, he received a 100% bonus instead of 500% from what casino had promised him. He tried to solve this problem via live chat but unfortunately, the live chat did not help him that much. Later on, the casino claimed that the bonus offer he received was a scam. There is no further information available.

The player requested a withdrawal of £20.000 and while the withdrawal was pending, he started to play roulette in fun mode, thinking there were no funds available in his account. After a while, he noticed he was actually playing and losing with real money. He didn't understand how come the money was back to his account and the casino support said they had no trace of it. In the end, the casino said their logs showed that the withdrawal had been reversed at the player's request, at which point the funds were returned and all subsequent bets were struck using real money funds.
