I received a free $30 chip with a $1,000 max cash out. Today I called to ask about my withdrawal and they said I will only get $100 they made a typographical error on the email I received. They said they sent another email with $100 max cash out. I didn't see that email. 1 won $1200 so now I'm being told I will only get $100 for their mistakes made in the email. Why should I suffer the loss for their mistake. Attached is the email

No bo us code just a $30 free chip

My account is verified. Spoke to them yesterday, they said I will get the $100 today or tomorrow. If the rules Trump the email they sent me then just close my complaint out. It's just not right tho. Thanks

That is correct due to their typographical error and despite me winning $1,200 they only paid me $100.00. The error was on the casino and I took the lose for their mistake.

Close it. But the payers have no leg to stand on when the casinos make errors, but let a player make an error and they snatch your money out from under you.
