The player from California had deposited $100 and received a $600 bonus, which was required to be wagered first. After losing the bonus, the player had been informed of a $25,000 playthrough requirement before accessing table games with his own money. The player disagreed with this rule, considering it unfair. After considering the player's point of view we concluded that the bonus was still active, and the requirement to wager it was justified. As a result, the complaint had been rejected.

This is the biggest ripoff ever. I made a $100 deposit and got a $600 bonus. I wanted to play Table Games but the site said I had to wager my bonus cash first. Since I was restricted from playing Table Games until I had wagered the $600 I played slot games and proceeded to lose that within 30 minutes. So I thought I could go play Table Games with MY MONEY but they then told me I had a play through of $25,000. Are you kidding me? So now I’m stuck. This has to be borderline illegal.

  • You deposited and activated a bonus,
  • you lost the balance
  • you deposited once again, but the casino is asking you for the wagering of $25000

That is more or less correct. I made a$100 deposit and received a $600 bonus. My assumption was, based on their rules, that I had to play with the bonus money on their slots. Once I lost that $600 bonus I would be able to play table games with my original $100. I was then told that in order for me to play table games with my $100 that I had to fulfill the $25000 play through requirement.

Thanks for your message but there is a difference.

If you accept a bonus your real money and the bonus amount you received are combined into a single balance.

If you haven't lost your entire balance, the casino would expect you to finish the wagering till no balance remains.

Depending on the contribution of the table games to the overall wagering you might be expected to complete the wagering.

I understand your point of view, however without any additional information, we'll have to conclude the bonus was still active and the requirement to wager it was justified.
