The player from Tennessee had deposited $100 in Litecoin on July 19, 2024, and the casino then required biometric verification to release her $900 winnings. We requested information about the documents she had provided but received no response. Due to the lack of communication, the complaint was rejected.

I deposited with $100 Litecoin on Friday early morning, July 19, 2024. It said nothing about verification. It was all a clean Crypto deposit now it’s Monday morning and they’re telling me they won’t give me my money until I do a biometrics verification which they claim is in their terms and conditions, but that is highly illegal here to collect that biometric information. The chat person keeps hanging up on me, the accounting person refuses to give me my money or answer back to me and their verification platform is junk and does not work. So I sent in my selfies and my license and they won’t respond or give me my money plus They refused to give me their protocol on retaining photographs and biometric information and again it is illegal here for even gambling establishments to collect my image for any reason. . I want my $900 and I want it right now, I have successfully sued 20 different establishments/organizations/companies and they are about to be added to my list. but I’ll let them pay me since verification is junk and they won’t tell me how it is retained with the rise of AI and deep fakes and everything else, this is more important than ever. No one should have to do this. No one should have to give their image to complete strangers across the world. I didn’t deposit with a debit card or credit card. It was a cash deposit with Crypto. They received it now they need to give me my winnings.

I have a call with my attorney today because I’m receiving $5000 from a different Settlement (the attorneys charge about $35,000 for their fees so that would be on top of the 5000. They’re going to have to pay me and if I don’t have my money, they are going to be sued.

Dear springflowers22,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

  • Could you please list which documents you have already provided and when exactly did you send the last one?
  • Have you provided all the required documents as soon as possible and in the correct format?

I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Tomas
