I won on a no rules coupon that had no maximum cashout. But when i tried to withdraw it had a 2000 maximum cashout on Coindraw for the month.

The rest i put in for bitcoin then after a week and still nothing they took my winnings because i played roulette with the funds i won. How are they able to keep my winnings that were from a jackpot? This is so unfair they dont follow the no max coupon but enforce rules to a coupon that was done and a withdrawal was completed from? I thought that i was able to play after the withdraw was completed? They broke the contract first by putting a maximum withdrawal limit on a no max coupon didn't they? Please help that is alot of money for them to steal from me.....please...i beg you to help....


Ps they used three or four different reasons why first they said i was playing from free daily spins then it was mixing funds then they said that i played non-allowed games ? How is it they just keep coming up with violations untill they have one they rhink sticks?


Also im not in Utah it wont let.me change it im in California

  2. To answer your questions yes my account was already verified for almost a year I signed up with inclave and i was verified through the network of casinos they represent. I am including a few screenshots of my account in valid state. And o
    ne of the first communications betewwn them and I. It was in july last year.
  3. As for the amount in question that is a total of $12,572.09.
  4. The last time i spoke with them was the day it happened. It was about them being unfair in their actions. And how i felt that they were stealing from me. I will include a copy of the one that i was able to get to download. After then they were all quite rude and many of them hung up on me before i could even say anything. I refrained from usuing threatening or curse words though i was a bit upset during the conversations.

I just wanted to add that a withdrawal was finalized and they said that all the money that was won is still under the rules of the coupon.

So my question is this if you win and dont want to withdraw everything then no matter what the rest of the money still has to be played as if it was under the coupon rules? That doesn't seem to be very fair if you think about it... because i could of used a different coupon at anytime it wasn't showing that the coupon ir any rules were still in effect?

I just cant seem to catch a break everyone wants to kick me when im down it sucks my friend.

As long as the bonus was finished (finished wagering), the money should count as real money not as bonus balance. If you did have any unfinished wagering, it is considered as bonus balance.

Can you please clarify if you did have any ongoing (unfinished) bonus?

No sir i had Finished the playthrough and had already cashed out the maximum allowed forthe month...(even though i was using a no ruleswith no max cashout coupon).

It had alread been over a week and they had not even looked at my withdrawls that were waiting for the whole week. So i then canceled a withdrawal a d played with it and started to win almost another 12 thousand dollars that is when they took the funds and said i played a restricted game? So how is thatfairto do that? If i had already finished all their requirements and made a successful withdrawal how is the rest of the funds still under the no rules coupons rules? And what they never are not under those rules? It doesn't seem fair to me ?

Usually if a game is restricted it says that when you try to play it . It will say game is restricted due to coupon requirements? It didn't say that and in fact i could have used another coupon if i had wanted to do so. So again how is that fair?

And this is what they do take as long as possible to respond to anything.

Oh and by the way all the casinos connected to them all reduced my vip level from 4 to 1 then one week ago they took away my rankings all together and i am now not allowed to use any bonuses at all. Also they took away the daily spins my rewards club and the weekly and monthly cash back all without warnings or notice of why? And when i ask they refuse to tell me or tell me what class of player i am being grouped with? It feels as if they are putting a derogatory note on my file or something because when the representatives start to help me they are all nice and professional but upon checking my account they all come back to the chat with an attitude towards me and being extremely rude?..why? Because im not taking it laying down this time?....

So the real question is this i was playing a no rules coupon with no max cashout so when I withdrew the 2000 that should have been the end of that transaction. How can the rest of what i won still be under rules of a coupon? If thats all i wanted to withdraw the rest of my winningd should have been mine to do what i pleased with correct?

I mean if i wanted to play more on those funds i should have been able to play whatever i wanted the playthrough was completed the withdrawal was completed. The money i won was mine or it should have been with no more restrictions on games. How can they take my money after i was done jumping through all their hoops and completed the withdrawal they make it seem like you can never play roulette at all? I mean when are you winnings actually yours? Am i right or not please let me know?

Well within their rights to remove the funds? So when is it that a players winnings are actually theirs? I completed the playthrough, and completed a withdrawal so when is it exactly that im allowed to use my winnings to do as i want? Never it seems like? I mean how are you going to say that all of what i won is under the rules of anything? If i withdrew all i wanted to withdraw and the playthrough was completed, then why cant i play the games i want to? It was a no rules coupon that was in play Unless i really didn't actually win anything is what you are saying? Because you are putting rules on all the funds i won even after i completed all of your requirements? When they were completed i shouldn't have had any rules attached to my winnings after the point that all the requirements were finished? Again a terms were completed and you are just attaching rules when there should not have been rules attached where does it say that all.money won it under the rules of a coupon forever? Show that part to me please? It doesn't make sense what they are saying? All money won while a coupon is in play are subject to the terms of the coupon forever? Because it would have let me use another coupon if i had desired to do so so how can the previous terms still hang over the rest of my winnings? What am i supposed to cash out all of the funds in my account that is the only way to end the terms of a coupon? That doesn't seem fair or right?

Besides how are they not guilty of violation of the terms they had a maximum cashout limit of 2000 for the month when it was a no rules with no max cashout limit coupon that was used? Its not right i followed all there rules the whole time and they violated the rules of the no max cashout? And i was a week later that i played the supposedly restricted game that shouldn't have been restricted anymore?

Please tell me the amount was corrected from the 75mbtc to the 12572.09 that was the criggt amount?
