The worst support currently available.
In Black Jack, the winnings and stake for the round I won were not refunded twice in a row (I think it was just a software problem). The bad thing is that the support responded after over 24 hours. Not even an email about the current status or whether the case is even being examined.
The live chat is completely useless - it says there's nothing he can do about it
