Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. Therefore this doesn’t necessarily have to be the casino’s mistake.

Have you made any successful deposits and withdrawals before? Could you please advise which bonus you activated? If possible, please post here a link or promo code to the bonus offer you played with.

I have not made any deposits and/or withdraws before. The attached image above is the bonus code I activated which was a no deposit bonus with a playthrough amount which I successfully obtained for eligible withdrawal.

I see that the casino informed you that your winnings were confiscated because you played with two no-deposit bonuses without making a deposit in between. I am afraid that if that is the case, the casino confiscated your winnings in compliance with their bonus T&Cs:

"4. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus."


The vast majority of online casinos prohibit players from claiming multiple free chips consecutively, and there is not much we can do about it. Please, let me know if there is anything else we could help you with, or if I have overlooked something, but if you indeed breached this term, I will be forced to close this complaint.
