We had engaged with both the player and the casino to understand and resolve the issue. The casino had identified that the withdrawal was denied due to a lack of payout details. The player then resubmitted the withdrawal request with the necessary details. The casino confirmed that the payment had been processed and delivered via Bitcoin. The player confirmed the receipt of the payment, thus resolving the issue.

Use no deposit bonus upon sign up, ended up beating the 6000 dollar play through amount and all I was left with was my 100 max cash out and they will not contact me, can’t reach anyone on chat, it’s been silence. I resent the withdrawal request again on 01/7/24 and still haven’t even gotten an email. I sent them all my documents and nothing. No response, not even a confirmation email. this place is disgusting. THEY EVEN MADE ME DEPOSIT 10$ just to be able to withdraw and then they’re gonna screw me over like that? It’s a hundred dollars just pay it and get over it. We all know you’ve made 1000x times that amount.

  • Could you please advise if you redeemed any free bonuses from this casino in the past?
  • Was your account, including the payment method, fully verified?

I have checked the general bonus rules and this is what I found (here):

Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.


If you have recently played with real money, and the latest free bonus was activated after your real money play, kindly send any relevant supporting evidence to petronela.k@casino.guru.

Didn’t use the sign up bonus, It was a free chip or free spin bonus im not exactly sure. it was the first bonus I claimed and it was just a couple days after sign up. I will provide emails. I received one email congratulating me on my win and telling me what all I needed for kyc, sent all the docs in and never heard another word. My original deposit request was for 95 dollars, I tried to contact support after about 2 weeks and after finally getting through they proceeded to say I needed to make it 100 dollars to cash out, that was the first lie because it’s 100 dollar MAX cash out. Meaning anything 100$ or under. As im talking to the support chat I cancel my withdrawal, spun a couple spins and won 8 dollars putting me over 100$, i then proceeded to immediately return to the chat and let them know I brought the total up to 100 and put in the request again. They said great and I asked how long the withdrawals usually take and they said 3-5 business days. No contact after that. I’m sure they will find any reason possible to keep their measly 100 dollars even if it’s at the expense of their ratings which they clearly don’t care about.

see you’ll notice it was 95.00 I canceled it and made it 100 dollars like the customer service rep said and it’s been that way ever since.
