Have made a withdrawal on the free chip on sign up all documents are approved. Want to say ragingbullslots is same casino had to wait like 8 months on a 1700 WD there which I did receive. Had waited nearly 2.5 months for my request never got processed said I couldn't use same btc adress so I sent in a new one. Finally 2 days ago canceled the withdrawal to start a new one. Only have talked to live chat have never gotten an email back from the info@casinosupport email they provided and sick of checking live chat every 2 days for any new news. It's a btc withdrawal shouldn't take that long and now btc is up close to 40% which means they even pay less and I'm losing out.seeing if anyone can lend a hand here second time having to deal with such a lengthy withdrawal process.

Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been given any explanation of what caused the delay? Do I understand correctly that your winnings have been accumulated from a Free Chip solely?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but two months is an unusually long time.

Almost 3 months. But anyways no the winnings are from a 280% no wager which I deposited 280$. I have gotten a 100$ withdrawal from my sign up free chip previously. Yes I know like 700 ish $ will be taken off the 2400 the WD itself they stated I couldn't withdraw my winning to an address previously used which is weird my hard wallet does not change address if you send to it but anyways no idea how long it took them to come up with that excuse but whatever I emailed the info@casinosupportcenter email and updated it never got any emails back from there payout/processing team accept the auto respond someone will contact you in 3 days crap. As far as them processing it it sat for 3 months never said in review or anything obviously they never reviewed it cuz the bonus funds are still there. If you need more info let me know have some other chats archived and a few others I sent in. But don't get me wrong the live chat personal where very understanding and did there protocol never where rude or disrespectful it's all on the processing and payments team which it took roufly 8 months for me to get my winning from raging bull which I did myself just takes too long.
