I have deposited over £1,000 , had £1400 in REAl money , all wagers from bonuses played and although difficult to withdraw , I have written confirmation from customer services that all bonuses cleared and I can make my £1400 withdrawal


To my surprise I only received £150 and was told as I had been given bonus money that’s the maximum I can withdraw !! Which is ludicrous and NO other casino does this !!


I have made an official complaint to the gambling commission and I have started the process of going to the press as this is Commerical theft


All I want is the money I won’t fair and square
