I deposited $50 and got a $250 bonus. Won over $6000. Was told I won $500 and had to pay back $250. To get anymore winnings I had to lose back down to$5 and deposit again. Are this is the stupid ass statement 'I could play the$5250 as play money' !!! Please let all know of this scam casino. By writing this I may have lost my $500 . I don't care I spent over $2000 and never won a penny till now. Thanks for taking my complaint.

I have checked the general bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://www.silveredgecasino.com/casino-conditions/:


"Maximum Withdrawal: Maximum withdrawal quantity is established only by the sum of the deposit. If the bonus stipulation has a maximum payout of 10x then a $100 deposit would have a maximum withdrawal amount of $1,000."

"At the time of cashing out, the bonus cash will be taken off the entire withdrawal amount (i.e. - should a Player redeem a $250 bonus and withdraw $500, they'll receive $250.)"


I would like to emphasize, that according to our Fair Gambling Codex https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-casinos#win-limits, we consider imposed win limit to be unfair and predator, only when it’s applied to a real money game, however, we accept bonus T&Cs that restrict the maximum cash out from a bonus play.

Please understand that it is nothing unusual to have a maximum cash out applied to any promotional winnings and to remove the bonus amount at the time of the withdrawal.

Could you please confirm that you have received the payment of $250?
