I requested a withdrawal on 10/13. It was a loyalty bonus with 4x cash out max. I did a withdrawal on 10/13 fully expecting that I would only get about 429. The withdrawal was approved on 10/24. It is now 11/6, almost 11/7 and i have not seen payment yet. KYC is done and approved.

It's been awhile that my account was verified. The withdrawal was approved, I just haven't gotten it yet. I used a loyalty bonus that was 4x max cash out. I spoke to the casino last week and they gave me this 7-10 day policy from approval. Yesterday was day 10.
