requested withdrawl of 100 from my account thats verified and at all casinos assignment with this groupi deposit and play regularly this is as usual common practice wait the specific days they post as max withdraw tkme you wait they tell you wait 2 more dsys you e mail theye say wait 3days for response they had a month and it was approved on the 20th you put the withdrawal time in your website like all rules if you cannot follow them or respect your customers enough to then whsts going on this is unacceptable i obviously deposit and play i receive daily and weekly Cash baclk your practice is upsetting i suppose losing a customer who deposits more than that and plays 3 times a week is not important if yiu you dont intend to pay on the days you advertise change it from what's posted to when's we feel like it

no i havent withdrew from this casino in long time never using Bitcoin and not sure what you mean by bonus no i don't use bonuses just my daily cash back or the chips you provide but to answer your question no not a bonus daily cash back and like cash iafe sure im within the rules of the casino and have been playing regularly when possible i stop playing while I was waiting for withdrawl to avoid accidentally breaking a rule or anything else plus you did the exact same thing to me to the lrtter including the rude customer service saying wait 2 days and ending live chat if you approved it on the 20 th you had the ten business days 6 extra to let it get to last possible day then say wait its not a surprise or anything else im within the rules of the casino and go to great lengths to not violate them i would have expected you to at least follow the withdrawal time you post in the rules if i break a rule you quickly void any winnings and that's fair but you don't follow the rules you posted and then will charge me for yhe withdrawl im sure in some way you should post withdrawl time 10 days then 20 more days then maby we will if we cannot find a way to piss you ofc or something else to void the winnings the really bad part is i would have been playing and depositing like normsl if i haven't been waiting to see if the reviews were right its prrtty standard all withdral across the casinos associated with you do the same thing to customers who are trying to withdraw and follow the rules and enjoy the games you break the trust needed to have customers geel good about playing or anything else if the customer isnt important its evident not everyone is trying to steal 50 bucks from a free chip with an

so they didn't answer my e mail after 72hr and lets see if they even answer here they dislike people who follow the rules and request a withdrawl playing without a bonus or anything else because they cannot trick you into doibg something that will allow them to void your request come on i lost more than the ammount requested withdrawl waiting for the withdrawal. if they cannot follow their own rukes or pay out small ammount to a regular player why would they have any customers thsts how they get caught up in everyone's trying to scam them from a free chip causing them to lose customers and leaving only scammers trying to scam them no focuse 9n real customers

yes payment was made and in full i played there lmmeidatly after and the game play is noticably different after withdrawl i would not recommend playing here after withdrawal for obvious reasons
