The player from the United States had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, his payout hadn't been received yet. He reported only receiving $60 out of the $141 he had requested for withdrawal. Despite our efforts to assist and extend the resolution timer, the player failed to respond to our messages, which led us to reject the complaint due to lack of further information.

I have done the verification process and was approved to withdraw my funds so I did using bitcoin and they have yet to pay me my winning even after the 3 business days required. The bonus I used carries a 200 max cash out limit but they refused to accept that and said I would get a 100 max cash out instead along with trying to cash out the 100 I wanted to cash out the funds I deposited of 41 dollars and they first tried to deny me that. They made it near impossible to get to this point but still no withdrawal approved. Longest withdrawal useing bitcoin I’ve ever witnessed

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

No I have no received the full withdrawal, they have sent me $60 only for some reason when the withdrawal balance was $141??!!!?? It makes no since how they cheat there customers and expect you to return!?!?
