I've been waiting for payout to be approved and Dispensed I've emailed and during chat I just keep being told my ticket is being escalated due to high user volume . There is never any movement or new expectation of pay date

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please advise when exactly you requested this withdrawal? Have you made any successful withdrawals before?

I requested the withdrawl March 4 2024 also I have made withdrawal previously without issues that I recall. I've only had this difficulty with one other casino a big candy and I believe they are managed by the same intensity. The customer service is always pleasant however it's never pleasant to not have resolution

Still showing unchanged I've made daily and I get the same response . That there is a high volume of processing. They apologize and assure me that my issue is being forwarded to the relevant department. I've emailed also with no fileresponse. I'm at the point of tossing in the

The last and only other time I cashed out it was actually quick. I also really didn't even notice it had been sent to my wallet. Again, I've had this same issue with A big candy where it took over a month to get payed. I say that as I believe they are connected in a partnership so I should have been cautious. However I remain hopeful and I will also say the reps are at least polite. fileand I also sent email chain to email you provided ..thnk you for your help also !

I have received an email from casino stating they processed your withdrawal and it was paid on April 15th. According to casino representative, you used a coupon before your win and the maximum cash out of this coupon is capped at 100$.

Is this information accurate?

Can you please confirm you have received the 100$?
