This company does NOT pay out. My first time trying to withdraw via wire, they just returned the funds to my account with zero communication, no reason why, and it took WEEKS for that to even happen. The next times I tried to withdraw, I did it via multiple checks. They said it would take 5 days. On the 6th day, I just put it back in and played because it was the same thing as last time and I knew I wouldn't get my money. No communication, no one answers email, nothing. I want all my original funds that I deposited back or the $8000 that I won. They just take your money and clearly have no intention of ever returning it. They are a scam of a company. Return my money and I'll never play with you again and not file multiple chargebacks and take you to court. Don't put that it takes five days for a withdrawal if it takes forever or you never intend to pay out anyways. This place preys on compulsive gamblers. Evil!!!

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? Do I understand it correctly that you have played away your winnings? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I appreciate your help. My account is verified and has been for at least 4 months. I used a deposit bonus that had no playthrough or cash out limits so that shouldn't have affected anything. Yes, you do understand correctly that my winnings are now played away since they were returned to me. The casino has never answered my multiple emails or phone calls so I've never spoken to anyone unfortunately.

As long as you did lost your money already, there isn't much we can do. Unfortunately the casino is not responsible if a player loses his balance after a failed withdrawal as it is up to the player whether to request again or use the money.
