The player from United States has requested a withdrawal a month ago. Unfortunately, it has not been received yet. We ended up closing the complaint as ‘unresolved’ because the casino failed to reply.
About a month ago I signed up and played with a match bonus and won $500. Finance told me it would be submitted in 10 business days. It is about 20 as of now and I keep getting the run around by support. All I hear is "2-3 more business days" but it never actually happens. There are "technical issues" on their end preventing them from paying me

Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Was your account successfully verified already?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but one month is unusually long time.

Hi! Yes it is, still pending in my account. I verified my account first day I signed up. For the past 2 weeks they’ve just stated "technical issues" on their end.
