The player from the UK has been waiting for a withdrawal since the beggining of October. We ended up closing the complaint as ‘unresolved’ because the casino failed to reply.
I have waited over a month for my withdrawal!! I have done all of the uploaded documents and the withdrawal is apparently confirmed but I withdrew on the 1st of October

Hey it is processed as a withdrawal it’s not like it’s pending or anything and I have sent them multiple emails but they just say it’s processed and that’s all??

We would like to ask the Royal Oak Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
what happens when they just never respond?? I’ve waited 6 weeks now I’d get it if it was a huge withdrawal but that sort of money should be a simple withdrawal for a casino

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating which is already very bad and other players can read about your experience in our review.
