OK here we go again same old bull shit , I made a withdrawal of 2100 on 23 June. I was told they always take up to seven days (normally on the last day) to approve and then another 7-10 days more for them to release the money which is ridiculous, but OK I can do that. .. since then I’ve spoke to numerous people (i will include the messages that I have received from managers, agents etc. etc. saying that my withdraw was ready for approval that everything has been approved my documents, my account, blah blah blah OK now here we are going on the 8th business day. And I’ve been told just one more day. We just need one more day for approval now remember they told me this very same thing on the fifth day the six day the seventh day and again today now . Now they are very strict at enforcing their "rules" Well, they should be accountable for their terms which states "please allow UP TO seven days for approval.! if there is nothing wrong and everything is approved what’s the hold up !?!? but you get no answers and that’s the problem. So here I am just waiting and waiting and waiting and I have a feeling I’m going keep waiting, but I’m not going to let them get away with this is time .they’ve done something similar to me before and I’m tired of it. . Now keep in mind I didn’t have any play through left . I was under no rules n no max cash out so I want to know what is the hold up. ? I put this out there now because I already know what I have to look forward to with these people I will keep you updated if anyone else has an issue with royal Ace. Please let me know and can you do anything to help me?

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

withdrawal was approved on 5th and to my surprise i had my money the next morning . so i apologize for overreacting. I’m just so used to these casino screwing you over. It was a long waiting Period but I did get my money so i guess in total it was 10 business days .
